Positive: Great location and the strong point for us was that we could be checked in with our pet, a middle-sized dog. Very easy to communicate with the host via Booking, Whatsapp and Viber; he replied quickly and was very responsive. The apartment was great, located at 6th floor, with a great view. The building is new, probably very recent built and clean.
Negative: This is not related to the accomodation, but some portion of the road to location was in a bad shape.

Positive: Very clean, comfortable, spacious appartment.
Negative: We had to circle around the block a few times before finding the spot because the google map pin sent was shown on the other side of the road. Dear owner please include a google maps view of the area and indicate the building!

Positive: Spacious apartment. The apartment is furnished in a modern style. It catches your eye, but only if you don't pay attention to the details. In the living room wall, there was a dug and uncovered trench through which the air conditioning drainage pipe ran. It could have all the makings of good accommodation…
Negative: ...But it isn't! This is due to the owner, who is not trustworthy. 1. The apartment's location is incorrectly indicated both on Booking and by the owner in messages. In reality, the apartment is situated 220 meters away from the indicated location. Imagine what it means to search for an apartment in a block at midnight—because that's when we arrived at the location, coming from Greece—with only pictures of a small box hanging on a wire fence and a plaque with, I suppose, street block and stair number… I don’t know - whole in Bulgarian. That's it! We searched for the location for 20 minutes! In the end, we found it only because of a picture taken from the terrace, which shows the surroundings a little bit. The messages with the owner were like those between two blind people—I wrote in English, and he responded in Bulgarian, trying to mislead us. This host should be avoided! 2. The apartment's preparation before our arrival was superficial. Only the bed was made. Otherwise, both the bathroom and kitchen were in disarray, with utensils and cleaning products scattered around. The oven grill was not cleaned; it had traces of frying on it. The good reviews can be very misleading, and I believe some of them are somehow fake. Many praise this unreliable host, who claims that in the half a year he’s been renting the apartment, no one has had any problems, yet the location is incorrectly indicated. How is that possible?
Summary: Don't be swayed by the photos and excellent reviews! Pay close attention to the apartment's location!
